Karen Bantuveris has over 15 years experience in the field of learning and leadership development. She has designed innovative learning solutions and training programs that support large scale change initiatives and improve managerial, team, and individual performance. Her programs are always relevant and engaging, inspiring participants to take action. Karen is an expert facilitator and can transform routine training sessions into powerful learning experiences in the classroom and on the web. As a professional coach, she is creative and action-oriented, fostering accountability and supporting leaders in moving forward in their business, career, and life goals.
Karen works at all levels of the organization with diverse audiences including engineers and scientists, manufacturing leaders, physicians and nurses, sales reps, banking and finance professionals, and a variety of individual contributors. She has facilitated courses on a wide range of topics including internal mobility, project management, transitioning to management, managing performance, and presentation and instructor mastery. Prior to her career in learning and development, Karen worked in Towers Perrin’s healthcare consulting practice. She holds both a Masters degree in Healthcare Administration and a Bachelor of Arts with a concentration in Sociology from Tulane University in New Orleans.
